Where We Ship We currently ship within Australia only.
Processing Time All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $65
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $65 at checkout
Delivery Times Once dispatched via Australia Post, estimated delivery times are:
- NSW Metro: 2–4 business days
- Regional & Rural Australia: 3–7 business days
Please note these are estimated timeframes provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@wentworthstation.com.au and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue with Australia Post.
